Question More Steering Angle Questions (Pictures)

I have a couple questions on whats the best way to bang in these spots where it rubs i went to town with a hammer and it definitely helped but still needs to go in more also rubs on control arm should i throw a little quarter inch spacer to get it away? Trying to figure out everything i need to do before i put different wheels cause its tearing the stock wheels up right now. Idk if there is anything i can even do to make everything clear here is some pictures with how many angle i have its PBM Modded Knuckles with Mazdatrix Angle kit. Also already removed front and rear swaybar. I circled in red where the two main spots are that rub. Any advice help so feel free.

i think you're the first person in here that the search button actually needs recommended to. no one ever uses spindles with stock front wheels....you need a bolt on 25mm spacer (or bigger) and maybe they'll fit...
buy better wheels, and this will be solved. sport max, xxr, rota, etc make decent wheels you could look into. there's a drift setup thread above that pretty much goes over all of these issues you're having.

if you get someone to weld it (diff) legitimately it should never fail.

I retract that statement all the wheel companies you mentioned are reasonably priced

mustang wheels are cheap and GT Mustangs usually have like a 20 something offset and will help clear your control arms. but like Buckey said, you need spacers if your gonna run a high offset wheel. even with the mustang wheels you'll need some extra space.

and weld that junk VLSD. as long as it's a TurboII rear you'll be fine, if it's NA it's anyone's guess lol. my welded NA has been going strong for over a year but i've seen other blow them up within a few months. i suppose that has a lot to do with driving style so there again, anyones guess.

alright thanks yeah its a turbo II rear end i definitely need to weld the lsd it feels worse then the open diff i had awhile back but it sucks on the whole spacing issue i put new arp studs in the front but they don't seem all that long now after going through the hub and the rotor. Can i put bolt on spacers with longer studs or do i need to go back to stock?

suppose that all depends on how big of a spacer you get.

i think if you google mustang replica wheels you'll find a grip of FR500, cobra, and saleen wheels for like $100 a wheel in 17x10/11 etc.
cheap wheels are out there.

if you want legitimate 2 piece wheels that are rare, i am selling my set of ABC Exclusives.
18x9 - 18x10 +19. $1100.

as for the spacer it only depends on how long you have in there now, and if you get wheels with the extra recesses in them to allow for the lugs. most LEGIT wheels have them, so you can run longer main studs and they slide into the extra holes in the wheel.
if they bottom out and dont bolt down, then you know you have to swap studs. try it first and see.
EDIT
Just saw your photos of the studs. those look small enough to fit inside (and not bottom) of any wheel slot so long as they have them.

I saw a set of mustang replicas that were pretty sick they were like 17x9 25mm and 17x10.5 27mm, also liked a set of xxrs they are 17x8 35mm and 17x9 42mm. Which ones do you think would have better fitment?

Mustang fitments are tried and true. You'll be all sorts of flush with a mild fender roll and some stretch tire.

Now that I own an FC again, I'm pissed I sold my Terminator Cobra wheels. They would have fit perfectly even with stock fenders.

Less tire for sure. If you can't find mustang wheels. If your down to rock some mesh crown vic wheels they are pretty dope too. I got em on my car and they are solid. But they are only 16x7.
