I'm poor build thread
So, I figured I'd show the progress of where my current fc is headed.
Remember this car:
Well, it now is in Albuquerque NM.
One of my good friends put a cage in it:
Well, he then sold it to another one of our friends, who kinda did nothing to it and the car sat for a long time getting forgotten and such. I wrecked my first fc drifting, so I was eager to find another. The guy who owned this car just happened to want to sell it, and I got it for $1500. He couldn't figure out why it wouldnt run right, which I easily found out to be that it had 750cc secondaries with no management, which was easily rectified with some 550cc injectors all around. (for now)
How it looked when I brought it home:
I had a lot of parts from my totaled fc, like PBM coils, Sparco Rev, Personal wheel, Abercrombie knuckles/ball joints. Found a front bumper and some shitty oem fenders while I saved up for Shineauto fenders
Started taking it to the track
For wheels, I have some random 16x7 5 spoke wheels I would run up front, then some 16x9/16x11 Starion Wheels I'd run in the rear.
But, i found these for sale local for $500
!7x9 +40/18x10 +45 Shitty offsets, but I had 25/30mm spacers.
Ripped apart the interior to start putting in the PBM hydro
Started repping my brother and I's marketing business (we make commercials for local businesses)
Wheels and Shineauto fenders on, waiting on paint now
Made a hood vent since 9k is always out of stock
Sorry the pictures are shitty, but my camera was stolen so iphone is all I got for now. I plan to put on a kit and drive the car till the motor blows.

Yeah it ran like **** until I swapped em haha. We're you the one who sold it to my buddy tony?
Also, I did have the kit that used to be on it on my other FC, but it was destroyed when I totaled the car

Thanks. I cant wait to get a kit. I'm thinking a BN type II knockoff. Maybe different wheels too.

Car handles real well. I should put some videos up sometime.
I'm also looking for some new wheels. Thought about picking up those sparcos again, but I wanna keep 17's up front. I'm thinking staggered equips, idk

I own a S4 turbo and your build definatly makes me think of what i need to build my car for, and i cant wait to see how it compairs to yours. Ill be keeping an eye out for your build, best of luck!

It's an re-amemiya wing and a shitty hood I made. Lots of updates coming for this car, I've been away at schools for the usmc for a while busying myself with that while it sits in the garage. If I don't go to sniper school next month I'll be dumping lots of money into it and hitting up local events.

Finally found some time to drag the white bag o' dicks out and drift it at the track after months of it being garage life'd. Took it to the local sonic where all the cool kiddos show off their cars and then went streeting with my friends.
Blew my rack, blood was everywhere. it was like a horror film. But the car handled great and **** was fun. Oh and my buddy blew up his 1j sil80 in that pic too. Sad night.
The local event was two days away so the next day I spent pulling the rack and putting a new one, it was a good learning experience. I spent all day on the car, covered head to toe in grease. Oh and I got the Hydro working. Pretty much found out that I want to never run an inline set up EVER again.
Fun times, car handled really well, only got a tad hot when the fan wiring took a crap and a quick rewire remedied that. I was one of the most underpowered cars there, but I had a blast. Near 4th gear entries were a fun learning experience. Dirt dropped the car on my last run, and I ate my front bumper. Oh well no bumper no care
And this picture sums up what I love most of grassroots motorsports, the relationships and friendships built. I could care less about ever making it big or anything, I just enjoy hanging out with my friends and having fun. KDF.
There arent many events here, so i may start taking the car up to my uncles house in denver for the drift colorado events. Car will be getting a new turbo, bn type II, maybe wheels, and hopefully decent paint. And small stuffs. Maybe an SR in the future? Who knows.

If you're a purist, stop reading. Seriously.
So to update, I was supposed to buy a bigger turbo and I was gonna finish out the season here on the 13b then assess what I was gonna swap in. But, lo and behold, a blacktop sr20 popped up for an awesome deal so I swooped it up.
Gonna be swapping that in, gotta make some custom junk of course.
Also got my fake BN type II, gotta paint it and start fitting it. Gonna try out those dzus fasteners, I'm tired of using zipties for everything.
