double tie rod spacers
double tie rod spacers
could there be any issues with running tie rods that have a built in spacer AND another spacer aswell to get even more angle? kind of like running two spacers.
or would the steering rack have to rely on itself to lock?

You'll use up all the travel of the rack, not to mention you'd turn the wheel close to 1080+ degrees trying to get there.
Look a couple of posts down there is a post caled "moar angle".
Read it.
And then PM me when you want to solve all your problems.
Adding more spacing only effect the thread engagement on the tie rods, and the need to dial out the extra toe out. And adding to much spacing will only add unwanted stress on the rack/ps system, doing so will damage the both.
The tie rods I posted maximize the steering rack travel, after that the next option is to machine the rack or mod the spindles for more angle.
The inner tie rods will only mximize the steering rack travel, this is a good place to start for increased angle. The spindle mod changes the geometry thus increasing your angle even more.

Yeah im gonna make a purchase for the race trim soon. DORIFTO PG, whats up with the spindle mod, im sure you got my PM. Hit me up if you can still do the mod.
I should have replied to you about it, but I'll double check. I can do it, no problem.
I have a bunch of people I'm gonna do it for as well, I just need to get back in town. I'm visiting family right now.

powered by max gives away free tie rod spacers. I think if uwant, theyll even ship it to u as long as u pay for shipping. The ones i got are 7mm each and man just adding those , increase hella angle. making the ties rods spaced out lets the rack maximize its potential. The front wheel tire is rubbing up against the lower control arm and topinside of inner wheel wells. Time for smaller tires in the front with loweroffset and hammer and grind out the shiz out of the inner wheel well.. makes better u turns than a miata too lol.
next i gota try doriftos spindles..

Be careful running the 7mm slip on spacers (I assume since they are free they are), as you scarifice thread engagement, just check out the roadsterdrift forum, the miata guys had 7mm spacers but alot of guys were stripping the threads in mid-drift and definately if you hit something. The safest way is either the replacement tie rods (plus you get more angle), or a bolt-on spacer.
I do not know what kind of write up you are planning, but Superangle tie rods are available, oem replacement tie rods with built-in spacers for maximum rack travel.
If memory serves me the size is 24mm, right-hand thread (aka normal thread).
