Cutting tie rod for Mazdatrix Angle kit?

Cutting tie rod for Mazdatrix Angle kit?

Im gonna be installing my mazdatrix/supernow angle kit with the short tie rod ends and rack spacers. And i was looking up on here and saw someone say that you have to cut your Inner tie rod? Sorry for the newb question.. lol im still learning everything about angle and just want to get the best setup i can with what i have.

I didn't have to cut mine but I also am running extended balljoints, I believe the only reason why the use to say to cut is for toe out issues

Should be minor, I don't quite remember tho, I thought you were getting the stuff from zak anyways. Makes it easy and you get hella angle

im just getting knuckles from him probably. Still gonna rock the rack spacers and supernow ends

I'm running the mazdatrix kit, you have to cut off about 1/4 off each end (threads) to bring your toe back in.... but if your using modded knuckles you MIGHT actually have to extend them or possibly leave them un cut. Depends on who makes the knuckles and where they put the pick up point

I think I believe I read one time it was 1cm but call mazdatrix or pm Justin since he ran those ends on his green car

Ya im debating on gettin his knuckles too lol. Just abercrombie is local to me.. thats the only reason ive been thinkin of abercrombie too

Well if your gonna go with zaks kit go with his full set up you won't be disappointe, knucks balljoints and jus buy some tubing to extend your current tie rods ends and your gold!
