uhmmm its hard to say not knowing anything else about the car. This is my opinion for you. Do what you want.

Assuming the car is stock and has coilovers you can go by this rule:

Lower the front till the lower control arm is parallel to the ground and not anymore than that. Any angling upward of the control arm is bad if you want the suspension to work correctly. You need more adjustable and modified parts to lower the car more and keep it operating correctly. The first thing you will say is the car isn't low enough to look cool. You can look cooll or you can have a suspension that works properly it's up to you. McPherson strut suspensions can't be lowered much without modification. Plus your tie rod will need a bumpsteer adjustment if you lower it much more than this. The rear should be slightly higher maybe 10mm or 15mm but not much more. The front swaybar goes in the trash the rear swaybar stays. This is a good beginner setup. Also get an alignment when your done lowering it.

If they are double adjustable coilovers then the spring needs some preload. Meaning don't lower the car with the adjustment that lowers the spring. Lower the other adjustment at the bottom of the strut body.

Close to 0 camber out back and front negative camber will be a benefit on the front of the car.

Becareful while driving the car with no front swaybar on public roadways as it will not act like the factory car. Having no front bar does allow more control during drift and the ability to accelerate while drifting in my opinion. I have also tried front bar and no rear bar. It's OK but not great when you want to do high speed drifts the rear has to much roll although the turn in is a bit better. Perhaps try both way and see what you like better. I found that having both bars made the transistions to snappy and a bit harsh. I didn't care for it too much.

ya get the dtss bushings of course and the subframe and diff bushings. I like delrin but some people hate the stiffness so its up to you. Poly works great as well. My stuff is all from MMR.

The first thing your gonna find out is how to recover spins. The slip angle is really shallow on stock knuckles for a FC. You will need lower offset wheel and modified knuckles once you master the stock knuckles. That's where i'm at now. i can get the car right on the locks and then there's nothing else to do. Kinda getting boring now. I gotta come up with some at least 25mm offset wheels beat the fenders out and mod the knuckles for the angle.

Once you mod the knuckles you can get a lot more steering angle giving you the ability to save spins that would happen on stock knuckles, Slow the car during drift by adding angle, or look super badass like the pros. Don't confuse this for a must have it depends how far you are going to take it.

I'm the guy who wants to enter at 95mph and just kill it the whole way to the infield so I need knuckles to get there in style and have the ability to slow down since the FC likes to accelerate during drift lol! Oh yeah and depending on knuckles/ wheel tire combos you will need wider fenders or modifications to the wheel well to clear the wheel assembly.

i installed dtss elinimators today and the new coils, when i went out to the track last time i kept gaining traction at the end of the big corner my line was good and i think my speed was good im hoping it has to do with the bushings and slopy springs, yeah i enquired about those knuckles to jtp on this site he can do them for 400 i will eventally get it done when im good enough
