**** its as expensive as a quart of clear though lol... its called clear effex or some **** from autozone. it's $14 just use whatever base color you want, and clear it with this crap. i add straight clear on top to give it some depth. im debating on if i should start prepping my car after i get the motor done and just spray it before XDC....

well spring mountain is going to do it as a sponsorship type thing, but van wants me to buy wide fenders, and a dmax hood, or something and if i buy all 4 fenders chris can get them through ken at shine for $400 at his cost. then id have to buy wheel spacers... plus a hood, or hood vent will be another $1-600. and if i get a hood, ill have to buy a front mount, cause my top mount will really just suck then... so im looking at way too much money for that. i already have the paint, 2 guns, and a place to do it. the only bitch is filling all the dings and dents... idk we'll see... it would be nice to have a fresh car for once in my life though.

i ended the night around 10pm. i figured it be best to go home and sleep, to get better as opposed to stay and let myself get more sick...
plus i'm at a stand still i'm waiting for my injectors to come back from RC. everything else is done minus some interior stuff, and mounting the new aero, and changing the driveline fluids to redline full synthetic.

painted my hideous burgundy dashboard with bedliner rattle cans. plus re-routed my kill switch with longer wire, incase XDC requires it under the hood, all i'll have to do is move it. i really don't want it there cause my hood wont open in the location they request it. however i can make it work.


fresh tunes to get pumped up in the staging lanes before runs. note the sand everywhere from hurricane katrina, and the chem trails flying around when my car was out back.... lol


i hope RC gets us the injectors back by monday so i can get used to the car again, before XDC. i miss it. lol

JTP's look alike dori car. lol almost. terrible fitment. i'm going to address that **** tomorrow. its just resting on.

had to align the hood hinges, and make spacers for them. align the latch, headlights. prep/paint fenders. find flossin nuts/bolts. roll the fenders, pull the fenders evenly, and re work the mounting points.. just a ton of tedious ****.

i'm sick of my car looking shitty. i want it more aggressive.

Read up on water/meth injection.

You can make your own kit on the cheap. Just use an aux injection pump, whatever you want for a tank, some lines, nitrous jet and controller. It's like runing higher octane. Should help your motor last a good while until you get a good tune/management.
