Thanks! Not a bad idea, I could always throw it out there and see if we could get 5+ guys going for $1,450.00 per kit.

Cool

Hello,
My FC engine exploded and locked-up my rear-end at 160 kph (fuel probem) totaled it , and insurance is paying me more money than the FC's worth because in Argentina (south america) FDs are hard to find and FCs are practically extinct. I want to get an FD and convert it to a 20B NA for reliability (don't want the samething to happen or worst).

What model is the best FD for this conversion

And do you know if the engine would be able to be provided and modified 100% by Defined Autoworks to just export/import it and install it in my FD in Argentina???
(In argentina customs only permits new engines to be imported, so a paper saying that the engine is newly rebuilt has to be issued)

I want a 20B NA that produces about 350whp that will be used with stock tranny and rear-end of an FD...

Any chassis or custom modifications can be done locally, but to certain extent...

Any info would be more than helpful,
Thanks

Everything you are looking for can be easily achieved and performed. We can build you a turn key 20B engine with custom intake and exhaust, even the EMS fully wired if you so choose. 350rwhp is possible with a nice street-port, and S5 n/a rotors. Any of the FD's model range will work great with a n/a 20B. Of course the R1 is lightest, but that is strictly preference. The chassis will not need to be modified in the least, the 20B with my conversion kit will bolt into the full stock subframe. The front rebar will need to be removed, and the factory style Koyo rad. will work nice when stood upright. This will all bolt up to your stock transmission, and the rear end will be more than happy the way it is. I can send you a price breakdown if you wish, just let me know.

Hey,
For the DA conversion kit will I be able to do a V-mount setup and still keep the AC and power steering? I know the 20B has to be na but that'll be no problem since na engines sound better anyway and like what elyankee69 wants reliability will be there.

We will be releasing a kit that keeps a/c and p.s shortly. A v-mount will fit, but its a close close fit.
