this is my favorite lip for the fc by far - how is the fitment out of the box? I know the real deal is really made to fit JDM spec cars...or at least i've read that

 

It goes right onto the car. These are hand-laid glass so you don't get weird inconsistencies in production like you do with machine blown glass. Also, the JDM and USDM front bumpers are the same for the S5, minus a couple small optional trim differences.

The actual MazdaSpeed lip has been discontinued for some time now, so we make a replica.

 

I want to get one of these, but I'm guessing this is the kind of fiberglass that cracks real easily and is not that flexible?

 

You would be guessing incorrect. This is FRP, not plain old fiberglass. You have to hit this stuff pretty hard to break it. Same material RE-Amemiya, FEED, KnightSports, etc. make their stuff out of.

ive got the corksport MS front lip on my car. It fit pretty good and has with stood some prety hard scrapes and bumps. and for how sexy it makes my car look its well worth the price.

 

there are some s4 bumpers at least, right?? i would like a front lip for my fc without having to get a s5 front. :[

 

yea if you want the whole bumper either will do if you just want the lip youll need a S4 one.
