Nope. Both of those are for the S5 only.

 

I had an MS lip on my old TII and I never thought about cutting the center piece. Hopefully someone will post pics but no matter what the MS lip is the best looking lip out there.

If you mount up all the locations in the lip that have holes drilled you wil be fine. If you want to go overboard runs some of the superthin 3m double sides moulding adhesive on it on top of bolting the lip on.
