It's been reported to IB.
Please be patient and let their tech team work it out.
Thanks.

This also happens when trying to start a FS thread. The app will freeze and you have to exit. I have deleted and re installed and still have the same problem.

IB has responded to me in a PM..so Here ya go..
Pm from IB

We are working on the issues with the current mobile app, but feel free to tell people that there's a new mobile app coming in April/May that will replace the current buggy one. It's in its final stages.

You should also suggest that people visit rx7club over their mobile browsers in the meantime. It's great because (1) it actually works and (2) there are some new features to enjoy.

Thanks for the update Styx! I'm glad they are coming out with a new version because there are plenty other bugs I've found. The app is the only way I use the forum.
Won't use the mobile web version because it rapes you constantly with ads that block everything and open as pages when you didn't click on them and all sorts of other evil trickery.
Appreciate the help.

Still broken and MAY has come and gone. Is IB purposely doing this so we have to suffer through the ads?

Ads are what allow you to view the Site for FREE..so there is a compromise that has to be made.

Kind of like Chicken Kiev..crusty on the outside but OH,La,la...that tasty butter on the inside!

I'm surprised Apple let them even offer this app since it doesn't work—I've placed apps with them, and they vet them pretty thoroughly. In any case, it's sort of sad and irritating, and the mobile browser based version is slow.

I also tried out the MB World Forums on the Internet Brands app (which is what I access RX7Club through), and it works fine, so... maybe just ask them or pirate the code?!

Does anybody even read this?

The RX7club specific and Internet Brands apps (the latter works fine with other forums) both suffer from that still unresolved "parse" error on multipage threads.

It's been YEARS. WTF?

I've been making due with Garage Talk, but it's a terrible app.

Really, nobody can fix this stuff?

The rx7club mobile app is absolute garbage. Obviously nobody is fixing anything because it has been years and it has not gotten any better. Using the app, usually 1 of every 20 threads will actually open. Hence why the app is absolute garage. Just use the web page.

I've been using the garagetalk app ever since it was added. Only issues i have is uploading pictures, and it takes awhile to load attachments, but loading attachments even on the normal website on a computer has been really slow lately
