Also you can Quote for different pages within a thread

Lets say that you want to Quote the 3rd post on page 1 and the 40th post on page 2

when you click Reply to quotes on the 40th one it will also bring up the 3rd one you clicked.

 

You can also quote posts from other threads and stick them in a reply as well. It gives you the option, and it stays in there until you post those quotes, or simply delete them.

The forum gives you alot of tools, and like I have said it before, it's at the users discretion if they decide to use these tools.
