Minimum letters/word for search?
I've been searching all the classified sections for, say 's5', or 'fc', or '4.3' '4.30' and nothing comes up.
Even searching in the "rx7s for sale" sections, typing in 's5 na fc' and search entire posts brings up nothing, and there is no way there aren't any s5 na fcs for sale.
Is the search function broken? Or just too few letters? I keep getting " 1. Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms. "
Thanks mods/admins,
-steve

I believe the minimum amount of letters that can be searched is 3.
I don't think that a word with a "." counts as a word either. You might try searching for 1991 or 1990, etc for the S5 and try using LSD for the 4.30 gear.
To avoid getting too many responses make sure you actually select the forum to be searched using the advanced search.

I found out that you can sorta find content using a 2 letter search.
When i was trying to find a used m2 downpipe, i typed this in the seach: *m2* and searched under titles only. the search results brought anything up that had m2 in it. including words that had m2 in it.
this method isn't the greatest, but it's better than nothing.
