I posted a PARTOUT THREAD a few weeks ago

And it did not get approved, I would like to know why so I can not make the same mistake in the future, thanks.

Part Out threads can be a bit tricky. The two things that typically hang people up on the Part Out threads are:

1. You need to list at least 15 items
2. All items need an asking price

In your case, it looks like you didn't have enough items.
