Delayed forum responses?

Wondering if anybody else is experiencing this one? I post something in a thread, or somebody else does. I go back to the section the thread is in, and it does not update the section at all with the new post and leaves it "not bolded" anymore stating a new post. Pictures attached for a better understanding. Notice the times that the posts are done in the thread, and then in the section the thread is under.

Notice in the pictures, it says there's a post at 10:31pm. But when I click on the thread in the section it belongs to, it says the last past is at 10:34pm.

Is this still a problem or has the issue been resolved?

It's still a problem DKJ. I don't get it. It's NOT a browser issue, since the other forums I visit normally does not have this problem. It's kind of frustrating sometimes when I click on a thread and the last post is completely wrong timing from the last post that says was in the thread. It's just alot of stopping and reloading of the page.

FWIW- I am using Opera 9.6.2. It happened right when the VB software was upgraded.

Does it happen with other browsers or only Opera. That may be the key here or else we'd have lots more people complaining.

If we can confine this to Opera it will be easier to look for the related issues.

I am running IE right now (unsure of the version) but I am getting ZERO forum hiccups. It's definitely a problem with Opera that's for sure, but I can't be the ONLY one on the forum using Opera and experiencing this. I will try to switch to Opera again and clear all cookies and see what happens.

If not, I will just download the newest version of IE, and deal with slower page loads.

Keep me posted, FWIW - I don't think IB is going to change anything unless it affects a wide audience.

I am still experiencing this problem. I have learned to deal with it though, so you can send this to the Archives DKJ. Thanks for the help.
