Yes. It applies to both. if you log out, you can see the classifieds, but you would not be able to message the seller directly. The post limit protects buyers and sellers. Far too many people make an account to only sell parts. With no limit, a bot could come on and scam people out of money. It happens. Also, the classifieds are a benefit to members and a perk, not the sole purpose of the site. If you want to buy parts, or sell. Go to ebay and craigslist.

As stated above its 5 posts, and you cant just reply to posts with one word or something because I think the mods delete those types of replies.

Seems silly to me, if I'm in the market for a car, I'm in the market for a car. I don't own an FD, so I don't have any input/advice to other owners. I could just go around spamming threads with inane comments, but is that really what you want?

 

Confirmed over in the other thread its minimum 10, so just keep posting

Well, I'm up to 12 and there is still no access. Is there a final admin-approval that's needed, or is it an automatic process?

 

I hope they will be a little easier soon. like OP I used to like to just looking at classifieds but now we really have to work for it. And its also hard since I am not an owner and can't contribute much at the moment.
