have all ties to the former owners / management been severed then? The Star article reads as if they were getting rid of the one guy, who also owns a suzuki dealership or something, but not necessarily the other owner.

The reason i ask is because 'new ownership' doesn't always mean 'completely new ownership'.

 

Yeah man, all the old managers except mine (service manager) have been fired, the owner of the dealership Sunny Bains has sold the dealership to the Brampton Auto Mall. Bains also sold his Suzuki dealership. Most of the old employees are gone except for me and one other tech, a few salesmen, one service advisor and my manager.
