Where can I weight my car?

As title says, I'm curious about where could I weight my car. I've thought about the Scrap metal weights, but i don't think that they would be very accurate. And no putting 4 scales under each tires isn't going to cut it neither

Go to a dragway...Toronto Motorsports Park has scales you can use on the way back to the start after making your pass.

Sometimes they aren't running them, but you can ask when they give you your time slip.

^^ That's for commercial motor vehicles only.

Try the dump.

There's a gas station / truck stop just outside of my home town and they have a scale there so that the truckers can check their weights. You may want to check to see if there's one nearby. The dump and scrap metal places would be good, but watch for sharp debris (flat tires).

In the past I've used the ones a the truck inspection stations. Just drive through when no one is looking. However Snrub and I tried that again a few years ago and didn't get anything but strange looks from the attendants...

The dump is a good option. The hazardous waste depot on Manning Drive has a scale that you must drive over before you can dump stuff...

Not a good option right now, they are way to busy processing grain to let some guy see how much his car is.

MTO lights dont have to be flashing. go when they are closed. they leave the scales on 24-7 on the QEW in niagara.

Look for the closest Flying J Travel Plaza and drive up to the truck scale. 6$ fee. I always enjoy getting those funny stares.

I need to find a set of scales to do this - the set I had planned to use after I put in the coilovers and race springs in the spring got sold along with the race car they had been hanging around with. The car was handling quite well so I never did get around to tracking another set down.
