anyone know of anyplace in calgary that sells hub centric rings and possibly what the diameter of the first gen hub is? got new shoes for my baby but they are a lil too big, right bolt pattern, wrong hub size.

 

I thought thats what tapered lug nuts were for?

 

tapered lugnuts are alright but not a great solution. for the 5 bux a wheel it cost me for rings the peace of mind of not worryin im gonna be the next 7 to have all 4 wheels fall off is worth it.

fwiw if anyone is in a similar bind, i hit gold at T+T honda / contemporary motorsports. not only did i get the rings i needed but theres something overwhelmingly egotistical that comes over me when i drive the 7 i built through a parking lot full of brand new inferior cars that someone elses machine built for robots to travel in.
