Watch Out of the Cab Cop!!!!
Saw this in the RX-8 Club, so share it here with everyone.
Watch your speed!! Police got new toys. Also in Burlington, Oakville , Guelph...

Just your "average Taxi" right? …….. WRONG
Oh yes…. It's intentionally designed to look like a taxi, no markings etc.
Note the red lights in the front & in the rear view mirror area.
The roof sign actually says "Police" with the phone number to confuse it with a taxi!
These are the latest POLICE RADAR CARS….. In use in Georgetown & Milton areas.
Pass this one on!!!!

What a bunch of asholes, don't they also have to have blue lights??

says they can use blue with red or white... Not sure if blue is the minimum because it's usually snowplows that use blue, they must really be hurting for tax money.

When the hell were they going to tell people? Seeing as I have a RX7 I have called CAA many times, usually for other peoples cars, but once or twice for my own, I thought they were Amber?

Haha, yeah, record it and share with us....... But the back seat of a normal cop car has minimal leg room, as soon as we jump into this Cab Cop car, we shall notice that too, hard to pretend and bark out an address, lol....

It's not too bad and as long as your aware of it you can get through a minute of it without too much pain. You can even explain your confusion once he hauls your *** out by reminding him that even real taxi's have a plexiglass partition.
So i was driving last nite on HWY10 around 7pm between Brampton and Orangeville, guess what went flying past me. Lol. Anyone that knows this road should know of the heavy radar, done by the OPP.
