It all depends on how the car was taken care of. Try to find an original example ... the JDM models don't have a pre-cat or the 3,000RPM start up which may add to the longevity. I've seen many run into the 110 - 120,000KM without a rebuild but still I agree in finding a low KM example.

Not only that, but we have had cars come in that ran like **** at 60 000km.. we have also had cars that were rebuilt at 70 000 km
Then there has also been cars at 90 000 km that ran fuckign amazing..
It's all in the cars personality and how it has been driven and maintained...

true, thats why i wouldnt out right buy a car with out test driving it. Any good buyer's sites out there?

We dont get to "test drive" our cars from Japan.. but we get told everything about them. Our broker goes and inspects them, makes sure they run well, gets the mod list etc.. soo technically the buy isn't blind.
