still wont start

still wont start

hmm...since the last post and advice from u guys
i checked everything and they were fine.....
it just wouldnt start -_-"
right now i have the car back home from the garage with a 6port turbo straight turbo back in it.....interior 100% striped only switches a stick steering and 1 carbon seat in...carboned...fiberglassed body.....jsp spoiler ...willwood brakes...running 215x17s up front and 235 on the back.....totally ready to track in this nice weather.....

the prob is.....it WOULDNT start up.....

the prob is that i crank the engine and cranking noises come....it seems like it wants to start but its just not there yet....

what to do.....?

Did you check for fuel and spark?
No vaccume leaks?
All sensors plugged in?

if its got spark fule and compression, try and pull start it, mine started right up after misterously it stoped running.

yea i was thinking of pull starting but the thing is .... my surounding is.....busy and if it doesnt start well...i have to push it up a slope kinda and then up a lil curbe onto the driveway ......

i had the same problem but i didnt no that the guy who had the car before me had put a switch on it. im not sure what for and i didnt bother to look were it was conected but it cost me 600 dollars later for labour a battery and aventually a alternator (basterd mechanic). all it was, was a stupid switch that was disconected. it would turn over but wouldnt start

that switch is prolly the fuel cut off switch for the fuel pump people use that to start their car if its flooded. start the car with it off and once its on flip it back on. yea i have all of those switches in fact all of my ignition and everything electronically is done with switches since the dash and everything is stripped..all wires and everything is checked and perfect. no1 knows whats wrong

have you tried putting automatic trans fluid in the leading spark plug hole. if not put about 4 oz. in each plug hole, put plugs back in and try starting it. it helps to get the compression up. if it starts it will smoke for quite awhile. good luck!

if it isnt starting, maybe compresion is to be checked........and use the real tester, not the needle ones ofr pis-tones

Do you smell gas out of the exhaust pipes when you crank it? If you do, check ignition, if you don't check fuel supply. It will be a lot easier if you isolate which one of these is causing the problem.
