stalling while idling

My car will occationally stall when i start it its really random dosnt matter if its been sitting for a while or not. my rpm while idling in park and in gear (its an automatic) are below the 1 now i dont think its supose to be below the 1? im thinking its a carborator problem but not sure. wondering if anyone has had the same problem and if they might be able to help me out thank.

if its dying at start up, its just the choke needs to be engaged.

rotaries don't have the low end torque to run an atuo tranny cold. even 20b cosmo's won't do it. start ur car up, let it idle for a bit then try and drive it. playing with the choke will let u engage the tranny sooner but no matter what, if u fire it up and put it in gear it'll stall.

yup, my old 12a had to warm up completely before i could drive it otherwise it would stall and / or buck and run like ****. as soon as it was warm it would run like a top.

If it is just stalling While cold,it's something that is not Major.Have you thought about a New fuel filter?.When I got my RX I wouldn't leave the parkin lot without a Five minute warm up.I tried it before that and it stalled at the light.Just Finicky. So, I learned, that iF I'm gonna go somewhere, let it warm up OR face it Dropping to Zero at a Light.

Could be a vacuum leak. If its above 1000, and stalls below.
