Sourcing Ball Joints? $140 each at Hot Spot?

Where are people getting replacement ball joints and for what kind of $? I was taken back when Hot Spot quoted $140 each... Maybe it's the age of S4's and the aftermarkets disinterest in manufacturing replacements?

$140 seems a bit too much there. I'll check with the company that I buy suspension parts from tomorrow as I too am in need of ball joints

If you dont mind waiting for things to be shipped - RockAuto Auto Parts , you wont be buying parts from napa/partsource/crappy tire anymore

primechoiceautoparts.ca if i remember correctly. Parts there tend to be significantly cheaper than my wholesaler, but not always. Call them if it's not listed.

Even afteR shipping from Rock Auto a control arm for an 01 escape was still cheaper than from a local store and it only took 2 days to get here. Much cheaper option than replacing the ball joint.

Even after shipping from Rock Auto a control arm for an 01 Escape was still cheaper than from a local store and it only took 2 days to get here. Much cheaper option than replacing the ball joint. I have also bought a few small electrical parts from them for dirt cheap for the 7.

I remember buying it from ontario mazda for around 70 each (many many years ago) and I used the 25% off rx7club members discount too.
