I know lots of you have experience buying from them.

You have to get their Secret Decoder Ring that is only available in specially marked boxes of Froot Loops.
Twist twice, blow on the Whizzer and a Secret link opens in your Browser. Then you can send an email...send the Email..
If not Toucan Sam eats your bagel and asks for a beer.
..I'm pretty sure that's how you get a hold of them,Or I got my Froot Loops mixed up with my Pain Meds.

Calling has worked best for me...every time I called and left a message I got a call back. Pretty busy guy and you can imagine how many emails, messages, etc he gets. He's on a bunch of forums and sites.

Keep trying.

This question is asked so much it should be a FAQ on his vendor site lol

My understanding from my time on my350z.com is that everyone generally has the same experience with them via email and PMs, and they've found the same thing that generally phone calls get a prompt response.
