If the rumors are true, congrats Joe! Wish you well with it. Al, nice addition to your team!
(As an aside, Joe, I guess I need to scrape that money together for that iron sooner rather than later...)

I tried Dave Wood in Newmarket and Moffatts Northwood in Barrie and they're both not hiring. I could drive to Richmond Hill but its hard as hell to get into a dealer let alone the one you want.

Well that is up to you, if you try hard enough someone will give you the chance. I wouldbe happy to if you were closer or made the decision to move close to the area. I would hire anyone who has the passion and desire to do a job well and loves what they are doing.

I guess you guys wouldn't need a welder then, hey? I would love to train as an auto apprentice under a rotary expert/lover. I'd move anywhere in a second for that opportunity

Hey Joe has to start as an apprentice as well here. We dont require a welder but would look at another apprentice.

Hey Thanks everyone, and Thanks to Al for the opportunity!

I'll still be rebuilding engines on the side, but it will be much more of a hobby. Now I can probably finish my race car over the winter and enjoy racing with one of my engines
I'm waaaaaay too young to be stressing over a business. It was a great experience. Thanks for everyones support over the last 5 years!

Hey Joe, could you bring my Cougar Control Arm Jig into Scarboro Mazda one time? I can easily pick it up from there.

Thanks

Eric

Starting a business is best when you are young. Your expenses are low and you don't have the responsibilities that come later in life -- kids, mortgage, etc. If you don't start it when you are young, when are you going to start it? When you are old and in debt?

Don't mean to be a downer and do wish you the best -- I met you last year and you seemed like a good guy -- just an "old" guy passing on some advice.

Cheers,
Duane

Yeap, your totally right. I quit a good paying job when I was 18 to work on peoples cars full time and take home next to no money every week. Didn't bother me any, I just like building engines/cars.
These days people seem to want everything for free. No Thanks. I have bills to pay too.
