Rubber spacer... things...

Where could I look to find some rubber spacers?
Was thinking of just buying a small section of thick rubber hose and cutting some small 1/2" or 1/4" sections of it, but maybe there's something better.

Here's what I want them for:

They are going to go under the feet between the brackets and the body for a couple reasons, but mostly just because the surface isn't flat for the bracket to mount to so the rubber feet will make it easier to bolt it up.

How soft? Your idea of heater hose would work.

Last time I went looking for something similar for my license plate mount I just used some rubber hose, it's still doing a good job too.

Or just buy bunch of those flat rubber that go in a garden hose, That's how I mounted mine until I got a smaller amp.

Most hardware store sell large rubber/plastic washers just ask, usually not easy to find without asking someone who's worked there for awhile. In drawers/cabinets where you'd never have access. I got some at Home Hardware & Rona in the asile with shelf hardware in a stack of drawers.
