Larger Wheels

Looking at putting my 17x7 and 17x8 Forgelines on my RX7. They are super light at under 12 lbs a piece, but I am concerned about their effect on total gearing as the tire size will go from 23.5 to 26.2". Anyone have experience with 235x40x17's on an NA car and how did it react?

Use this to calculate your shift points... That is a big tire change, you might have to change your rear-end gear to compensate if your current setup is ideal already.
