Had the 3500 rpm hesitation to varying degrees with my N/A, but never with the TII, and never as low as 2500 on the N/A. Sounds like it might be an issue with the actuator on the twin-scroll mechanism of the turbo. I had some issues with that on my car, and cured it by replacing the turbo with the S5 version, which doesn't use the vacuum operated actuator. Much simpler and works much better. Good luck.

I've been too busy all summer to make much of an effort (well, any effort actually) to sell my TII. Thought I'd post again to see if there's any interest out there. My original post is quoted below. wow this is one dead club in regina these days. just so you know i fixed the limp with the computer 1 more bad *** gxl turbo swap with full turbo tranny/ rear end swap as well. its blue with white hood and bumper as well as a silver rear lol its my ghetto 7

wowwww i posted that a month ago^^^ well if anyone has a turbo either s4 with no manifold or s5 turbo with manifold that DOES NOT SMOKE i would be interested in buying it. also if anyone reads this i have a t2 parts car for sale for like 50 bux no rims. let me know

Still looking for GSL-SE parts, or maybe the whole parts car. Getting desperate. It's pretty bad when I can find parts more readily for a Russian Lada than I can for A Mazda. I guess I'll just have to fix that one for the time being. But seriously if anyone has parts please let me know.

Hi : I am a new member . I have Two First Gen RX7's
My Cars are both First gens one is an 1983 GSL SE Thats my daily driver ..My other RX7 is a 1985 Targa With a Second Gen front end , 20B Single Turbo, Methanol Cooled Intercooler, Dry Sump, 50 shot Niteros , Connected to a W58 Supra 5 speed with a narrowed mustang 9"..I drive it on nice days only and use it mostly for car shows ..I have some Pictures of the build in progress . I took out a JC Cosmo series 6 motor and replaced it with a 20B ..wanted more HP.. Now i cant decide whether to port it and put it in another car or just sell the thing ??I am told The Series 6 are really hard to find.. if it was just a 13b I would not think twice i would just off it ..but.. being a 6 .. any advice ??

and i totaly know alot about your car u bought including it has a jdm motor with 80 k and the kid drove it less the 1000 km in the last year when he bought it off the guy that put the motor in....its not a rebuild btw like the kid said it has 89k on the motor already

i talked to the previous owner a bunch but it is a damn solid car. Gonna be rebuilding the engine in June ish when i goto rx7 specialties. gonna aim for 300 hp ish. Should be a good summer.
