Is this real? Should I move on or no?

Hey guys, im new to the forums here and found it while on google. So ive always wanted a RX-7 and havent been able to find many in Ontario, so i started to look in BC and theres lots but... im wondering if half of the cars that are posted are number matching RX-7's, the one i was specifically looking at was this one....

http://www.canadatrader.com/result/d...5&pgno=1&srt=1

do you think its the real deal or just a fake. Please give me some advice as it will be greatly appriciated!

Thanks Nick

PS. Does anyone know of nay places to get RX-7's in Ontario besides trader?

on any given week during the year in the Trader there are at least 10 RX-7's in the Ontario area . Keep an eye out for what you want

for a good condition car this generally what you should to expect to pay

1st Generation 79-85 ..... $1000 - 4000
2nd generation 86-91 ..... $3000 - 6000 .... turbo2 and verts maybe higher
3rd generation 93-95 ...... $15000 - 25,000

good luck

Yah, i'm pretty sure it's not a scam. But it's a RHD 1992 model year JDM FD (they started manufacture in late 1991). That Tyee imports seems to have alot of them on their way over, i doublt any of them are actually landed yet.

Do a quick search of the canadian forums and you'll find lots of info about the JDM fd's that are about to come over under the 15 year rule.

I am sure that you could contact many of the car importing companies and get a car thats in simular shape for a little bit cheaper than that. To me that price seems a little steep, but I agree with Crymson, I'm pretty sure its not a scam aswell and most of them wont be landed yet, i think November was the earliest production date for the FD's and it usually takes around 2 months to get all the paper work done and the car shipped and landed. Also, the only pics that they show are from the auction.
