Hi everyone, was in touch with RE-A staff Inukai last month, and heard there will be a new Intake System for FD releasing at the end of Oct 2010. Been searching online and found this. However, official RE Amemiya website still didn't update anything about it yet.

Looks "perky" with that color... and it being RE-A i'm guessing it starts at a all time lost cost of $1195 each if you order two today!!!

It does look good... I wonder how good that filter is...

Its 17,640 円, so approx $176 CAD or something. The old version Intake cost like $200-ish, if I am correct.

So, where is the rest of the 'system'?

It has no bling factor whatsoever, but my cheap bastard intake mod gave me an extra psi of boost. And it looks totally stock.

 

Inukai from RE-A just sent me this photo, they installed this yesterday. He said this Air Intake System comes with the silver panel.....

 

Anyone planning to buy this?

 

This kit is the exact same as before except they changed the filter. I'd give it a fair look if I was buying an intake but it screams cheap when other RE-amemiya products show class.
