Nice to see she is still being treated well.
I hope you are enjoying it Barnett, I definitely did. Looks a little sinister for my taste with the dark wheels but beautiful nonetheless.
I’m actually getting the itch for a 2nd gen. Still have a few other projects on the go before I can come back to the rotary scene but I’ve got something specific in mind.
I just hope the combustion engine scene is not completely ruined by the electric revolution.
Hopefully they’ll keep an enthusiast class available for petrol heads like us.

I hope you are well.
I don’t think you understood my point. I didn’t say there was anything wrong with the electric car. My concern is the driving of combustion engine cars could be banned in our lifetime.
I have two kids that drive now and neither care about cars as I did and do. They would prefer electric as will most of their generation.
Nobody will prevent you from owning your FD forever but what’s the point if you can’t drive it.
So hopefully enthusiasts will lobby together for at least an enthusiast class of some sort that wouldn’t impact the environment due to low mileage usage or allowance.
But hey what do I know. Sorry to clutter the thread but I did start this one many years ago!!!

You put together a very beautiful car that I'm very lucky to have the opportunity to own.
I'm glad the other owners after yourself cared for it as well as you seemed to. Unfortunately the car did get stripped of a bunch of parts to make some quick money before I had a chance to buy it. But I've been trying to put it back to the way it was.
Nice to hear you've got the itch for another rotary. Can't stay away forever lol. I know I couldn't.

Awesome to see this thread revived and some old friends and names back on the forum. Been a long time. I lurk as well still from time to time but don't post much. Glad to see this car back in good hands. I was lucky to have this car around me for a few years while my buddy Dave owned it. We took good care of it. Was sad when he had to sell it, but financially at the time he had to do it. Just made sense. At least it was around for my wedding. Hope to see some of you around this summer season.

Hi @ScrappyDoo aka lawyer spirit aka Charn
Welcome back Charn.
Your more than welcome to have a look at what I did to your FC.
I’ve put a mere 1000 kilometres on it since I purchased it from you. The car is turnkey it just needs a nice tune right now.
I would put it up for sale if the price was right.

Wow Tony, hope you’re well, cant believe you would sell the car. I recall you having some of the best parts anyone could dream of on your car. Once we get off lockdown I’d love to see the final product.

Ceramic coat that baby if you haven’t already!
Buddy at work just did his car and I wasn’t a believer until I saw it for myself. Best paint protection out there.
1500 cars is super low production number, your should fair very well in value in the coming years.
