Hi Everyone,
Been a long time since I was on this forum as I am no longer a Rotard lol. Back a few years ago we used to do a charity lunch time lapping event during a regional race weekend. Well I am with a new series now and its called CS3. Along with Chump Car Canada CS3 is a way to offer the lowest cost road racing in Ontario. At our July event I am working the organizers to have a few car clubs come out and get some "hot laps" behind a pace car on the big track at Mosport. The money raised once again will go to Sick Kids Hospital. If we can get enough people interested I will be able to put this together. The date is July 1 2016! Reply if interested!

If anyone wants to know what it feels like to run the GP circuit of Mosport, you should definitely take interest to this. Guaranteed not to disappoint.

I haven't "set it up yet and if we only have 2-3 cars I'm afraid it wont happen

 

Hey guys, it looks to be like we will not have near enough people to do lunch time lapping at this rate. You can however come and lap all day at the big track for..................$299.00 if your a CS3/Chump Car member or $349.00 for non members. This is less money than we charged back in 1992 when we started doing this! We would need at least 25-30 cars for lunch time to work to raise any kind of money. I did this with you a few years ago...brought my RX8 R3. It was very fun! If you indicate the approx. cost and how many hot laps people may expect, then probably may generate more interest.
