It's readily available In a 3" binder If you were to print out the entire ancheloda. I spent a good two days printing out the entire manual for my FC years ago. Aside from the pics In the Haynes - It's only purpose for me Is to take advantage of the blank Inner cover to document changes, maintenance and so on with my car.

I guess I can finally see this whole Haynes manual thread being a big joke now.

yup, binder. i'm not very good at doing it sometimes, but the best way to do it is, print out the section you need when you need it, then just put it in the binder in proper order. that way you don't spend time printing the whole thing out, and eventually you will have the whole thing printed out
