Bubba Jr. LIVES!!! 79 Widebody! Pics!

Ok... after slobbering over buying this car for 6 months, I finally have it.

1979 Mazda RX7 S Widebody.
Nicknamed "Project: Bubba Jr."
13B 4port from a 76 Cosmo
Webber 48IDA carb and manifold
Racing Beat road race header
Racing Beat rear lowering springs
KYB GR-2 struts
1982 GSL rearend (LSD and Discs, BABY!!!!)
1982 GSL 5spd tranny
1983 GSL front discs
and a bunch of other stuff that I can't remember.

Engine is in, fluids are filled, but working out all the kinks and leaks....

Here we go, boys and girls.

Funny, that doesn't look like a 13B 4port from a 76 Cosmo under the hood

Well, the engine is in and running.. Had a little miss-hap and blew the clutch.. So now we need to pull it back out. no big deal though.. we have plenty of spare parts..
