Just the standard stuff for me
Oil, coolent, saw for metal, hammer, bunch of different size keys, 2 sets of gloves, water, windshield fluid, booster pack, 12v air pump, carburator gaskets, set of fuses, 2t jack, don't like that emergency one, paper towels, knifes, wishing rod and tockle box, injector/car cleaner the ones you add to fuil. Car wax and watterless car cleaner, and some rags.
I think that's preaty much it, and yes, it all fits into my fb that is winter driven in summer.
My winter dd has about as much, just instead of summer gear, it's winter stuff :P

"saw for metal" you planning on having to cut your way out of the cabin at some point?

well everythig that is in the car was actualy used at some point to do something with the car, then just never left lol.
But it is all neatly placed inside a plastic suitcase and the 2 bins, except for the biger stuff.
P.S sorry for all the typos in the previouse post, not sure how i didn't spot them, wish i really did have a wishing rod
and the car is a daily driver in summer, not winter driver in summer(makes no sance)
sorry :P sometimes the hands type one thing, while the eyes see another.

True enough, things tend to accumulate in your daily driver pretty quick. There's been times I've had a fishing rod and tackle box, and a set of golf clubs riding around in the back hatch of my FC. Along with my socket set, booster pack, subwoofer, amp, battery tender, and two litres of oil. My car is a 2+2 so I don't have any bins to store crap. Kind of wish i did but the rear seats are great for scaring people. There's something about a confined space and high speed cornering that tends to frighten people.

get a plastic suitcase, it holds alot, you can lock it, and its safer :P that or thouse bins they sell for keeping toys in at walmart.
+1 on scearing people with the back seats. I would be scared just thinking of siting in them.
i LOVE the bins, they keep the car cleaner, and you get more cargo space, i use my FB to take my dogs to the park, one is a greate dane, other is an italian greyhound. Whenever someone new is at the park there is alwayse that clown car effect, everyone alwayse asks how i was able to get my dogs in there, plus 10l of water i usualy bring with me.

My 7 doesn't have much in the back. The BOSE snake is left inside the house so no music (i don't have a deck installed anyways), no spare tire (again left at home. Its never been used), no tool kit, no owners manual (left it at home also), no spare coolant (the bottle leaked so I left it in the garage).
All I roll with is a toothbrush, 1L oil bottle, jumper cables, iron nails, razor blades, and a roll of paper towels.

I carry an alarm system in my trunk, but I think those work better when installed on the car
also some oil, coolant, a funnel, pens and paper, stock aluminum spare tire and the stock tire wrench and jack
soon I'll have to carry some distiled water and maybe some methanol

Oh 26 inch breaker bar, because it won't fit in my tool box, good for smashing the window if worse comes to worse, or breaking off fools that try to mess with me. You know how it is, gotta represent. Right?.......... right? Bah, I'm too white.

So much for the calibration the torque wrench had when it left the factory. Unless it was one of those Princess Auto POS torque wrenches, those came from the factory mis-calibrated.

That torque wrench might as well be a permanent breaker bar if you have been using it for un-torquing fasteners.

There's no problem untorquing fasteners with a torque wrench. That's why it has two directions on it.
And those princess auto wrenches aren't that bad either. One of those was good enough to torque every fastener in my skyline GTR motor, and 30,000KM of beating on it later it's still going strong.
I am not saying they're /all/ fantastic but mine works well enough for me.

A torque wrench is a measurement device. No calibration and shoddy care means they are no longer accurate. It's like using a plastic ruler with all the gradations worn off and trying to measure out 11cm but there is no marking for 10, 11, or 12 cm. What good is the ruler other than drawing a straight line?
Proper torque of a fastener is crucial to reliability. I just over saw a project where the entire space flight hardware had to be completely disassembled and rebuilt with each tapped hole checked because the engineer who no longer works at my company spec'd out torque values that were too high and were yielding the bolts. That was 1 million dollars down the hole and months of schedule gone to rebuild this assembly.
I guess at the end of the day ignorance is bliss.
