Hey Guys,

Its this time of the year again! Meet time for us londoners! I figured since last years event at Boston Pizza was pretty good, we should do it again over there. They have a decent patio that we can go on and just park our cars and look at them from there. Meet will be at 6pm should give people time to get off work, go home and grab their cars .

When: Friday September 4th, 2009 (6PM)
Where: Boston Pizza (1090 Wellington Road) right infront of Best Buy
What: London RX Meet

I hope that date works out for most people. I don't think there's anything going on around then neither so should help!

I've got another first gen owner Raj coming too. Just helping him out with a clutch change and a rear end swap, also I believe that Martin should be done in time, and I talked to Chris also.

I'm going to st. thomas on the 21st... not sure if I can make a return tirp that early but if I can I'll come. Last time I went to a boston pizza meet was probably 4-5 years ago in my halfbridge car.

 

When did you see Chris?

As far as I know his car should be "officially" on the road any day now. He is just waiting on the body shop who painted his front bumper (a custom fibreglass job).

Why did you blow the engine? And are you really putting in a V8?

 

I might be in for this. Depends when I move to Kitchener for trade school. I start school on the 7th so I may be moved in by then. I could make the drive from Kitchener to London.

 

It's the other Chris that I talked too with the silver FB, I already knew that Chris' widebody is at the body shop and was going to take a sneak peak in there lol. One of my buddy's was at the same shop that Chris is getting his car done at and told me it was there . I believe he said the color was red.

I will hopefully be in for this meet. I'll try to run my work schedule around it. I think Sam picked this day after talking to me about it. In theory I should be available, but we shall see what the future holds.

Yup! I hope we can finish Martin's car on time. We had a bit of a problem on the Megasquirt and looks like the parts won't come in till friday, so we might be at it all day to try to make it happen.

That's what I assume it is. The signal out of the LM1815 circuit was very dirty and erratic. Since the wiring is correct, I can only assume something is up with the chip. Use sockets, from now on.
