I just bought a 1985 GSL SE that needed a home. It is my friends car and has just be sitting around for the last couple of years, and I already stole the distributor out of it. I have a spare distributor now and I offered it to my friend but he didnt seem to interested in putting back in so I told him I would buy the whole car......................and I did. The car has leather, sunroof and all the goodies, now.....what to do with it??????

you should steal the motor out of it and sell the whole car to me!

Then I can convert my 10AE back to stock and put a halfbridge turbo 13b into the gslse

 

Two questions....

1. Is it a glass sunroof?
2. Can I have it for free, since I have your eternal admiration for answering that question in the other thread?

Theres Glass Sunroof's everywhere here. Now its just the subjects of 'removing' and 'cold deads hands' to aquire one.

 

Why... how much do they want for them?

 

There is no price. If someone asked me for my glass sunroof the answer would be "You'll have to pry it from my cold, dead hands", as per above

(You can often nab them for $100USD in the for sale section or ebay if you camp them long enough)

Well, as usual the person who told me they would buy the car didnt show up. The car will be at the dealership Friday around noon time, so if anyone is interested in buying the whole car should plan to meet here on Friday or Saturday.

 

I can't exactly just fly out to toronto on a whim... can you PM me the cond of teh car and your asking price please? (pics are good too if you have any!)

 

Once I get the car back to the shop and put it on a hoist I will tell you what the car is like. Right now I have only seen it in a garage.
