I my turbo is pooched?

when i get up into boost, the boost gauge says im boosting, i can feel the power. expect it makes this ungodly noise. it kinda sounds like a hydrolic arm is being moved sort of. boosts fine and eveything. i just have no idea.
started a couple days ago, and i havnt reallly had the time to give it a good looking at. i had about 20 minutes the other day to take a look at it and i couldnt see anything really.
please help

I think is a bit hard to diagnose your problem from that description.
If your a bit more precise , where is the sound comming from ? , only on boost ? what RPM ? , Mods ?
