so for the last two years off and on I've been trying to get my hands on a gold '87 GX. Nice car, decent shape. Ran really nice, had the phone dials. Last time I went there was about 2 weeks ago and he told me, as usual that the car was "not for sale" and he'd put it back on the road some day.

WELL, yesterday I drove past the local junkyard and GUESS WHAT I SAW THERE.

really pisses me off, I could've saved one from the crusher but some ignorant moron scrapped it instead. I don't even get why people do this, I am sure I had offered a whole lot more than the junkyard would've given him. And with the price of scrap being so high right now you can bet it gets crushed within a week.

Sorry I just had to vent....

that really sucks, youd of thought the guy would have atleast called you up to see if you were still interested or something.

... just wondering, how much would it cost at the junkyard? im guessing you probably could have bought it from the guy for ..$2000?
