Give Claudio from Haltech a PM, he should be able to provide you one. Usually if it starts and shuts off its because its too lean.

If it's trying to catch but never quite does, give it more fuel. Up the fuel by 30% or so, unflood it (because it may have been flooded by trying to start it) then crank it up again.

Did you try these?

E6X - Map, Stock Motor, stock injectors, 3bar MAP sensor, Stock Ignition/Coils.
E6X - Stock S4/S5 (with toggle feature), Stock Injectors, Stock Motor, Stock turbo, internal 2.5bar map sensor.

What do you mean not configured? The "E6X - Map, Stock Motor, stock injectors, 3bar MAP sensor, Stock Ignition/Coils." was the same map used to get Derry's motor going. The only thing that needs to be changed is the trigger angle (65) and the tooth offset (11) on both ignition and trigger setup.

really? cause i downloaded it unzipped it and opened the main setup and it wasnt configured at all it still had the piston box checked off instead of the rotary box, the maps only go to like 4 psi

basically i just need to know

iSpark mode: Distributor, Direct fire or twin Distributor- I assume its Direct fire
Spark output: Constant charge?
Constant period should be around 3.0Ms right?
And the internal toggle should be on? but i keep getting an error saying its an Illegal action
Coils on 4 Cylinders: Not checked off

I already zeroed the timing while cranking with the timing locked

I think I'm either having weak spark or Fuel delivery Issues

You sure you didn't load the wrong map? I just downloaded and looked at the maps again. They look fine.
