Aason, ive been using the ancient Re-Ameya "huff n puff" technique, no templates. What you do is, port a section, place a ping pong ball over the port, then blow into the intake hole as hard as possible. If the ping pong ball jumps higher then before, then your porting is working.
Actually, ive been using Nik's RacingBeat templates. The 4 port bridge template can be used on 12A and 13B's.

love the braaaap
Wow, that rotor cleaned up real good. I think you should go for a RB prepped weber 51 IDA. Should make awsome power on that engine.
How much were the upper and lower edges of your ports moved from stock? I'm trying to figure out how mild or wild the porting is on my S4 13B but i don't know much about porting at all. The lower edge seems like it drops down about a 1/4" from the port opening and the upper edge about the same. This is on the primary ports. The secondaries are about the same on the bottom, but since its got the aux. ports, it doesn't seem like they were moved up really at all. Haven't really felt around much in the aux ports yet. I'm guessing its a regular streetport from a template of some sort, but I'm not sure.

The Racingbeat BP template removes mostly upper port material, the lower part is "basically" untouched as far as how it line up on my plates. I did remove alot from upper part though.
I used 600 grit sand paper and parts cleaner on the rotor. It worked pretty well as that rotor was basically black before and it had about 1-2mm of carbon throughout the cumbustion area.
I used the "Dyno proven" whatever engine paint from CT. The glossy black, and Aluminum colored ones. I think they were the 500 degree ****.
