The following has a great tech sheet on how to break in a new engine, engine timing, temperatures, torque specs etc. www.mazdamotorsports.com the click on tech at the top of the page, then go to the bottom under misc.

Yeah some great info!
Whoever doesn't have the book "How to Modify your Mazda RX-7" written by Dave Emanuel and Jim Downing, should definatly check out that tech section.

I'm assuming your talking about having a new motor, right?
You have to get the standalone setup for a break-in period, then once its properly broke in, take it to a dyno and then tune it for the full RPM range.

there isn't, but the engine needs to be broken in. therefore you can't realy tune it untill the engine is broken in. just get it to run as best as you can untill you reach enough km. then go tune it on a dyno.
