Just to let you know through U of O FSAE, there is a special promotion for some Top Karting.

Price is 40$, tax in, for 65 laps. I think when we went we payed close to 60$ for 55 laps? If anyone is interested just email nik.rank@gmail.com. The way it works is you pick a date (between mar 20-24, 4-8 pm) and then you prepay, then you get to race 10 qualifying laps followed by 55 race laps. There is talk of arranging transportation from university of Ottawa to the top karting.

This could even be a group event if enough people are interested on same day.

yes, please come out and support University of Ottawa FSAE. it's a really good price for what you get and it should be really fun. this is a tournament format, so you may be able to get even more for your money should you do really good

yeh i'm down with that for sure. any day is good for me although i would prefer we go after 7 p.m. if possible.

we will keep taking people until all the spots fill up. actually maybe we could post this on the MCO website also?

i will have to find out exactly how many spots are available, but there are a few hundred at least, so i have been told.

haha, you are a dirty dirty boy Azad. the damn University assigned me that e-mail, i had no say! it's based on the first letter of my first name, then the first 4 of my last name, then a random 3-digit number...lol

ANYWAYS, apparently there are 400 spots total. so plenty to go around, and we are expecting this to be a big event.
we will post more detailed info on signing up once we get that, but for now please feel free to e-mail if interested.

It looks like they are cutting back on this:
Tuesday only (mar 21) 4-8 pm. Also its not 65 laps, its only the regular enduro race. Price is still 40$, still a good deal.

If you want to go, you have to provide your own transportation. I am planning on going right at 4 pm. You have to sign up yourself at the university, or give me or aaron money to sign you up.

Cutback is due to lack of interest.
