Finally some progress ...( pics )

Well, I stayed home tonight and got around to dropping in motor, always fun.

Garage was nice and warm so it wasnt that bad. Only bad part when I had to open it so I could squeeze hoist.

Other than that everything went ok, except new motor mounts are mega trickie , there adjustable , and so the motor is sitting on an angle right now. Got too tired and called it a night will try and adjust some time soon.

Well heres some pics.

My freind salutes the 13b

Here you can see the motor is a little on an angle

Amazing what you can do with a brown paper bag full of mazda parts. Looking good, I wish I could find the motivation to go work in my cold garage.

Looks great! Glad to see that you are making significant progress, and that it isn't held together with duct tape and chewing gum!

I'm sure that over the winter you'll be able to have that car in great shape come spring.

John,

Ihr noch gehaftet mit dorito, so lieben Sie es besser. KEIN LS Crap gerade schon.

Taylor

Thanks for the words , I do think Artemis is a high maintance girl, I cant help it though. Next year Hopefully Ill give you a ride and it will be as good as the first one you got .

Frank,

Still have tons of stuff to do , but yes Im a step further. Are you working tommorrow ? I think ill pass by so you can take the pics you need.

Syritis

Im not worried about the nipple location, its a Garret unit and I trust the quality, plus have seen alot of them bein positioned right there.

Aaron

Yes Ill definilty give you a ride as last year never had a chance

Ian

Yes , I cant wait till next year for the cruising

Kevin

Damn straight , I hope i dont need to replace much and just drive, I think i can now say I have replaced everything in the car. ( with help from freinds of course )

Charn

Yes the magic brown bag does Wonders thanks , and you better get on that TT setup. Add 3 shirts, 2 sweeters and a jacket with sweet pants and work pants on top of that with a nice pair of work gloves and you can actually stay in cold garage for a while.

No confusion - I guess I should have said "Glad to see that you are making significant progress, and that it isn't held together with duct tape and chewing gum like Frank's!"
