I can't see Police car..just screwy paint.
I signed in and asked though,so we should be able to fund out from the seller.

 

I'm certain it's a police car based on the holes in the hood and paint scheme.
I can't read the chassis number clearly but it looks like FD3S-420__4? For sure early 1998 police car

 

holes in hood could be from a guy that is a real good shot..lol..Samarai Sniper!

i would have tough a police car wouldn't have a stock setup and the vin is FD3S- 420064

There is what looks like a police radio under the passenger side dash, unless it's part of an engine management system.

 

Typically most JDM VIN searches will list the specific model, interior colour, exterior colour, transmission, build date, and other features.
This one will only list the build date. . .
I think that's more than enough to say it's not a regular car.

Is it just me, does $3G seem a lot to ask for a JDM FD front clip? It looks pretty beat, the dash looks like it's already been pillaged, and, if Japanese cops are anything like ours, it's probably had a life of being rode hard and put away wet.
