Engine Lift??
Does anyone know where I can rent an engine lift/crane in either the London Ontario or Whitby Ontario region. Or if some one has one that I can borrow for a day or two that would be great. Just trying to get the engine out of my car so it can be rebuilt before summer.
Thanks,
Nick

My Penile implant didn't work,so I don't need it any more!.(don't worry I sanitized the Hoist before I put it back in the box!)..Will you Take the "load leveller" Back too???
Or buy one!
you'll need it to put it back in, you'll also be buying the time to do it right without a rush job and you'll have a TOOL to keep.
It's also not going to be your biggest expense in owning and maintaining a rotary car.
I've used mine for everything that needs lifting on the car, I've also;
-supported the corner of my carport when I needed to change a rotten support post
-lifted a big mother rock out of a hole in my yard and placed it just where the wife wanted it!
-used as engine support for my outboard motors for maintenance(build a braket for it)
-lifted my racing hydo hulls for storage on the cieling in my shop
-lifted al kinds of heavy stuff out of and into a trailer
-lifted heavy stuff for storage in an upper shop loft(use the same outboard motor braket)
Very versitile piece of equipment
I recomend it to anyone with a hankering to wrench

I rented one from White Oaks Rent All on White Oaks road for about $40 for a day. It's $32 for four hours or $38 for 24 plus tax, etc. It's a big ************ though so you'll need at least a car with fold down rear seats and it'll still stick a foot or two out the trunk. Just used it two days ago. Kensal also has one for the same price.

Please don't scam Canadian Tire like that. It costs all of us money when people do that.
Kensel Rental in London (and I assume many other rental stores) rents an engine stand for $25 a day, last time I checked (a few years ago).

Or....drive to Mississauga and borrow mine
