She runs. Looks like it will not be a problem driving. I will just have to be civilized driving down since I'm not 100% sure on my settings etc.

we can be civil together. Marco can wet his feet on the TEC system if he wants. Its actually a really decent interface.....I'll see how well I can get it running by the weekend, so far so good though

One week left!!

Car is getting dropped of in the shop because I messed up my ball joint (Steering rod end thingy) andthen it should be ready.

So on the 16th I will meet Marco at what time? then we will go and meet Classic auto (What time)? Also what time do we expect to get back? I can always book an extra day or two.

Marco I need directions to your house.

Classicauto, so your going to try to be civilized!

I also need to go get medical insurance. I forgot to get it this year!!

Where are the Michigan people meeting the Canadian caravan at?
Since we are all leaving AT 4, then we should meet on I-75 around 4:30 near the I-75 / 275 merger. Anyone have an issue with that?

I'd say 1/2 an hour to I-75 is pushing it from where we meet. Last year the border gaurd walked around his booth for 15 minutes before I could roll up. I dunno what he was doing.....

But sometime around there for sure!

IAN - I'd say we should meet at my shop around 1:30 or so.......I underestimated how long it'd take last year if you recall EDIT: - plus I have to leave time in there for you to leave your passport at home + turn aroudn to get it j/k

1.5 hours if I remember correctly. Plan for 2 hours, maybe 3 for extra time.

Car is ready. Going on a 700+km drive this weekend to break it in. (IE make sure it will hold up with the ignition upgrade.) Currently one coil is burned out. Going to have to get all new performance coils soon.

I've got a few cars with me, a couple of FC's, and probably a new RX-8 R3.

Of course I'm coming. The FB is all ready to go. Just needs some last minute cleaning and various parts painting, which will be done this week while I'm off. Sure was smart of me to book off two full weeks for vacation. I am so smart, S-M-R-T.

Ian, Marco, and/or Joe, give me a call before you guys get to London, I should be able to meet up with you guys here. I don't want to be the last one to show up AGAIN. Wasn't my fault last year, I swear.

DRTHVDR, there is a Pilot truck stop just south of the I-75/I-275 merge. We stopped there last year to tank up, probably will need to again. I can't remember the exact exit, I think it's 18 or 19. Big sign, you can't miss it. That would be a good place to meet up with us. Easy place for any of us to find if Customs holds one of us up. Also whats your real name. I don't really want DRTHVDR as a entry in my contacts list.

Is this where we all agree to meet? It looks like a good spot to me.

Yup, that's the one. Sorry I thought it was closer to the I-275 merge, but it's been a while since I've been down that way. Either way, it's right off the ramp and they have a big sign, so no one that should be allowed to drive a car can miss it.

Right by the border.

Chris, is that the pilot we stopped at for gas just after crossing last year?

We want to be leaving the Tim Hortons in Windsor and heading to the bridge by 4:00PM sharp. The Timmies is our meeting place, and it's like 7-10 lights from the bridge.

Everyone exchange your money at the bank so we don't have to stop at Duty Free as well.

Yeah same one Joe.

make sure you have your money exchanged beforehand please!

if you are unable to give me a call on your way down and I'll exchange money for you (a reasonable amount, less than a grand) provided you have canadian cash to trade me for it when you arrive. Whatever the bank rate is.

I'm still trying to get my headlights working on the GTR but everything else is good to go.
