My friend (Discoquinn on this forum) entered the drift comp with his first gen. He told me he got their late and didn't have enough time to cool down the car and popped his motor...

My motor stopped working 10 minutes before qualifying, I then went out in a celica supra and understeered to embarrassment.

My Megasquirt in my Mazda Miata fried due to a shorted DB9 cable and open my fuel injectors and hydrolocked my engine and sent fuel into my exhaust. Can you say FIRE! Nice that we let me out in the infield of the track. I was able to stock the exhaust fire and the car just needs a new ECU.

Oh well.. Motor now spins free again and car is running on the stock ecu.

I was wondering who was on fire out there, I believe in Murphy’s Law…. Fire extinguisher’s = no fire, Hope all is well with you and the car.

I still can't believe my buddies and I were the only ones to help. What's up with that.

Note: I didn't steal your Tow, that truck was there for me. They had a flatbed coming for your much lower car.

Yeah, it was brutal that the track did not come out to help or anything. Glad the car is okay and running. Just waiting for my ECU to get fixed!

I know you did not steal my tow truck, I got the badass flat bed truck.
