So I filled up my tank ages soon Macleod and Southland and went to start it and it was a bitch cause it was a little cold when I turned it off so I got it running but low and behold the driver door handle broke again (just replaced 2 years ago) and I said **** it drove up Southland to the seven eleven by woodsy taphouse and parked the car because I didn't want to deal with the handle I left it open a jar and went on quick grabbed cash and came out to no car brutal right. The dumb handle I know haha well mostly my fault the one time I do this and there were other cars there too and mine is by far the worst in the parking lot but a hem in my eyes this was my first car I got four years ago before I got my license and when I parked it a year after buying it because I got a 88 gxl that I later wrapped around a pole and wrote off it started up a year later with no problems.

This car never let me down and complety turned me into a rotary lover that is why I bought the gxl that I crashed. I now have a 86 here that I can't get started but have been working on.

Hopefully the cops find it but I am unsure about my theft insurance if they will cover this hopefully someone in the insurance biz can chime in?

Next time lock the door and go in through the passenger side. A little inconvenience will save you a lot of headache. Glad your getting her back.

Man sorry to hear about the headache from getting the car stolen but it could have ended up a lot worse so really happy to hear that it was found now if only the cops could find out who did it and perhaps catch the guy/girl who took it so that no one else will have to go through the same thing cause who knows next time the person could take a car part it and then it would never be seen again which reminds me of this story i heard once about a guy who stole a firetruck I can't remember if it was in ontario near here or somewhere else but anyways he stole it and drove it around and it ended up in a ditch and i cant remember if they caught the guy or not but they must have cuz they knew it was a guy but then again they could have just assumed it was a guy because of stereotyping but is that really stereotyping or is it more of like because the statistics definitely point out that men steal more cars than women and i got in trouble a few times in highschool for pointing out that they consider it racist when you accuse someone of stealing your favourite $300 jacket from your friends unlocked car in the parking lot during class funny story because his bonneville wouldnt lock either but its not considered a stereotype to say that those 4-inch high heels in the lost and found belong to a woman even though just cuz theyre a high-heeled shoe doesnt automatically define it as a womens shoe but since statistically more women wear high heels than men society in general would say this pair of shoes belongs to a woman you know what im saying? Anyways just happy to hear you got your Rx-7 back.

So this is what went down according to police.
They stole my car( as he said the cool car for the crime)
Then went and got a rifle from one of there houses
Drove the car to a bar in the SE and went in with a bag over the rifle
Then pointed it at the bar tendered ( his face apperntly) and told him to empty the safe(15000$)
Apparently they had these guys under survelince the whole time after they stole my car because I reported it so fast.
Then dumped my car and switched into one of there's
And then cops called me that night

Nutty right

Wow, crazy story. No matter what you did, they would've gotten a car anyways. You were just unlucky. Glad you got your car back. You should've posted on beyond, some guy lost his car and was found by a beyond member 2 hours later!

Glad they found the car, did they mention any damages?

Did you leave the keys in the car?

Hope you get your car back in one piece - thieves aren't exactly invested in treating the car right, usually the opposite. But, if yours was under surveillance quickly, its quite possible if they were using it for other crime that they didn't do anything too stupid to draw attention to themselves and make the cops pull them over.

thats awesome... so beyond does have some legitimate value...

Did you read about beyond "group" (for lack of better term) going to the one members house, wherever cause the forum got wind that he scammed a few people online.. (rims I think, and i remember he drove a lexus, is 350 if i'm not mistaken)
