yeah that black one right? it also had brand new shocks/struts all around... i saw it a few weeks ago before i even bought this car.
I got a rebuilt 65amp for 90 bucks, i'm happy, maybe get a 100 amp when/if i install audio... and i'm rebuilding all 4 brake calipers tomorrrow after work...

Will be swinging by the meet on saturday the 31st if I get off work early enough.... Check out some rides... maybe get some advise and a few ideas....

I used a 140 Amp Alternator out of a 1993 Oldsmobile. You just have to customize the v-belt pulley to fit.

The weather is looking good for this saturday. So it's north Glenmore park at 3:00 pm. Lets make sure we get at least a dozen cars for this! I know of 3 for sure!

Well, I'm out now. I went to get my car from vancouver and when I got there the paint was all done and the car looks great but the body shop messed up my wiring and locks. They disconnected some wiring through the doors and the harness wasn't attached properly. Power windows would sometimes work or not. Passenger power lock didn't work either. Can even use the keys to unlock the car cause they messed up the door handles or something. Pissed me right off. Also there are a few things that needed to be done paint wise.

Wanted to get my car back soo bad but I guess I gotta wait. Might as well get everything done there right before I have to mess with it here. Also my shineauto rear diffuser came FRP instead of carbon fiber - trying to get a hold of him about that!

Anyways I might make it out on my bike if I can. Here is how it turned out. - i'm at work and cannot edit picture -sorry guys

Come on or in what ever you have, doesn't have to be in a 7 to show your enthusiasm.

Looks like I might be taking the rover. The Rx-7 doesnt seem to want to insert fuel into the motor under any kind of load.

I've checked everything on the motor end, so Im going to change the fuel filter and lines at the pump tomorrow and see what that does.

It drives, just not well, so If I did bring it in this state, it would be just to park it.

I'll try to stop by in the NA FC. The TII needs new clutch master or slave cylinder and I'm lazy

Just a reminder for people that are attending, try to keep the noise and general dumb-assery to a minimum - including speed. It is a public park and the police literally hide behind bushes and leap out 'Ah HA!'.

Couple people got a little excited and got pinched now and then over the years.

I ... er.... would be happy to host this event at my house -- provided everyone who comes helps me replace my coolant system. Which decided to fail disastrously on the way home tonight. My FD is a steaming pile of leaks right now. Huzzah.

Killer isn't it, like looking at a great steak while you're on a vegetarian diet. My motor is "still" on the garage floor. I decided to do my steeringbox while the engine was out and have run into a few complications.

Steering boxes are like a fat ugly *****. You didnt want to in the first place, and you can never seem to finish.

Thanks for the springs gary, they work much better than the old scrap metal I had in there. I'll be checking compression and such tomorrow. I have a couple hunches as to whats going on under the hood.

Chev said some redneck in a white FB is going to be terrorizing alot of motorists this year. If he hurry's up with his swap, we'll have a white FC in our crew. Then alls we need is Max's white FD.....

Is there going to be a BBQ there? If so I can bring a bunch of smokeys and buns + condiments. If not I can still bring stuff like chips/drinks.
Also, is there a cruise after the meet (no people driving like idiots allowed)?
